Shadow Trellis Adornment Card

Hi crafters!  Here is one for those of you who prefer a less floral embellished card.  Remove the very small flowers and you have a design suitable for the masculine themed cards you need to make as well!  The scalloped trellis gives you such a versatile base!

The winner of this week's Wednesday Card Giveaway is:

Rolfi!!!

Congratulations!  Please email me at americansue1@gmail.com to confirm your address and claim your card.

The finished dimensions are 7" x  8 3/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  1. Lovely card Sue, gorgeous.
    Congratulations to lucky Rolfi
Tina, so good to hear that Micks body has accepted the peg/rig and that he has gained 2 st, you must feel so relieved that he is now putting on weight, it has been very draining on you too.
Elaine, I hope Andrew is still doing well, any news about his complaint yet.
Tina, it's great news that Peters meds have started to work and that he is feeling better, just need that leg sorted too. Like the other Tina, you as his wife bear the strain of looking after them, good on you both.
Lynda, I knew you would be a good girl, you deserve a little treat and crafty time, just be careful.
Tracey, hope your week has gone well.
June, you are a little marvel, there will be no stopping you now.
Sharon, I hope the doctor gets you sorted soon, you have had this bug for a long.whike now, probably because you are run down after the knee op. Hope your daughter is feeling better too.
Hugs to all, poorly and missing friends.

  13. Morning Sue. Wow, 4paws must have been tried, she gave me a pleasant lie in till 5.40 that's a first in 2 years !!
If I'm right is this the first male winner we've ever had Sue ? If not I apologise and send my congratulations to you Rolfi ☺

I missed out on all these beautiful dies, but they are up there on 'my need list' I've always loved the trellis effect whether it be for the garden or paper craft so the trellis die is a favourite look, along with the oval set, it just looks so pretty. It's a real winner of a card today.
I tried to use the 'thank you' die yesterday to make the negative as the main body of the card but only managed 3 repeats but it still gave a good effect when I added a configuration border top and bottom, if only I was good at that kind of thing lol maybe stick to what I know won't go wrong and not try something different when I've not got the time, it was a last minute idea for a card for Cassie's trainers along with a big container of sweets as it's her last day of doggy school, I decided to do it in the colours of the group so the beautiful green Foundations card was a god send.
I'm not quite sure how much sense this post makes as having a 'lie in' has put me out a little and fuddled my brain more than normal lol so I'll finish with my usual hug and send you love for the day and thank you for a lovely card today xxx

Gorgeous card! I love anything with a 'Trellis' look about it, for me, it makes a beautiful background that cry's out for pearls! . Remember back in the day of your first ever die launch when you worked with SB? They had a 'Trellis ' look about them and are still among one of my favourite sets. As usual I enjoyed the video thanks for sharing.
